By only sourcing from organic farms, we ensure that our coffee remains pesticide-free. Our beans come from a mix of Africa, Latin American and Indonesia, giving the brew a very balanced flavour, with no acidic after-effect.

We make sure that there are no more than 11 defective per 300 grams of coffee to maintain a premium quality standard. These beans are then slow roasted, and processed into cold brew coffee.
